We are looking for a Payroll Professional, either full or part-time, who wants to take that next step

What do we need you to be? You will
Have at least 2 years of experience in practice, or can demonstrate the ability to manage multiple payrolls
Be able to advise business owners on basic payroll legislation and the impact of tax code changes etc.
Be confident looking after clients, and their employees. You’ll know when to pick up the phone, offer a zoom or just say “Hi, how are you?”
Be happy to pick up the phone to HMRC to sort out any issues
Love to educate your clients on the best payroll practices, processes, and systems
Be comfortable dealing with Auto-Enrolment and re-enrolment, dealing with the various pension providers (such as NEST & Peoples)
Either love Brightpay or be willing to learn about Brightpay
